You can always view the latest version of the T&C by visiting this page. By subscribing to Ozen Themes, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not accept any part of the T&C, you are not allowed to use this website or any of our products.

Theme Licensing & Usage:

All of our WordPress themes and plugins are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). After downloading the themes, please refer to the license.txt file located in your theme folder for details. You can also read the full license at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html

Theme Subscription:

Our themes are not subscription based. Meaning if you like the theme you buy them one time outright and can use them for lifetime without any obligation. We do not ask for renewal or subscription fee whatsoever.

Refund & Returns Policy:

As the nature of our products is non-tangible, irrevocable and happen to be digital products, refunds are strictly issued on a case-by-case basis only. Refund docket and requests must be submitted within 15 days of the original purchase. Our sales and support team will first try to resolve issues you’re facing. However even after our attempts the issues are not resolved and if you’re not satisfied, our team will process the refund.

Theme Compatibility:

We ensure our themes stay updated and compatible with the latest WordPress versions. They are designed for WordPress 5.8 or higher. Previous versions are not likely to be completely supportive of all features. Minimum server requirements match WordPress: PHP 5.2+ and MySQL 5.0+. While we do link to third-party websites, we make no claim to control or take responsibility for their content or how they handle your personal information. Users re requested to use them at their own risk, and review its terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.

Price Changes:

We at Ozen Themes reserve the right to modify or cancel any subscription, in whole or part, at any time with or without notice.

Photos Copyright Info:

Our displayed theme demos may include sample photos, which are for demonstration purposes and can be used by you. However, we’d like all users to take note of the fact that our themes do not include any copyrighted images. All demo photos are GPL licensed and free to use. License: CC0 1.0 Universal (CC0 1.0)

Warranty:

Themes we’ve curated and displayed are designed to work with the current version of WordPress. However, we do not take responsibility or will not be accountable for issues related to compatibility with all third-party plugins, components, or web browsers. We also reserve the right to refuse or decline support requests for issues caused by modified theme files or the use of third-party plugins.

Limitation of liability:
